This is the first time I've had problems seeing the articles. I've signed in but it doesn't even give me the option to see the articles and my account is current. Anyone else having this problem?

Me too, but I've been suffering this problem pretty much monthly. Needless to say, I've started to get a little ******.

I found them easily enough, and they load fine. Did you try clicking on the link I referenced in the "Primal Power" thread? If so, did it load?

Yeah, I tried the link. It starts to load the download the redirects me back to the thread.

I'm logged in, it says I'm logged in, but I still get the "subscribe to see this article" message.

I had this last month when the Dhampyr article came out, and thought it was because my sub had run out (3 monther) and bought a new sub. Everything worked fine after that.

Then got an email saying I had double ordered last week because it had auto-renewed a few days after I renewed, so I went through the whole refund process. Now I get the no access errors again. And I can't send an email to CustServ because it keeps saying I'm getting a technical error, restart my browser (which does nothing).

Likewise for me - logged in, my subscription is current, but I am still advised to subscribe so I can see the articles. I've deleted cache, tossed cookies, and spilled milk, to no avail. First time this has happened to me, but man, how very annoying.

When I clicked directly on the link that brought me to the .pdf article, it kicked me back out to the thread as well. Try going through the table of contents for Dragon instead.

No joy. I can't access any articles (even ones like "Secrets of the City Entombed" or the Bane article, which I read last week without trouble).

I've filed a problem report with Customer Service (no reply yet), but I'm a little...irritated.

Yep, can't get access to any article, not just the new ones. Says I need to subscribe, even though I have a current subscription and am Logged in. Apparently its happening to a few people. It's the first time its happened to me, but it seems to have happened to some people before, how was it resolved? Did you have to contact customer services (I have and am waiting for reply) Or did the problem correct itself? It's going on 14 hours now and I still can't connect.

I had this same problem around the middle of last month. Able to log in no problem but when you go to ascess any of the D&Di stuff it says you need to subscribe. What had happened for me was I had originally bought a 1 month subscription and then later upgraded to a year. When what would have been my second month ran out it turned off access. I called customer service and the guy was able to fix it right there over the phone. AND it just happened again today...middle of the month. Waiting to get out of work so I can call and get it squared away. Hopefully with the holiday they'll still be open.

Who did you call? I just called Customer Service and ended up talking to somebody from Digital River who was, while apologetic, unable to help me.

Edit: ah, I found it. When/if anyone else calls Customer Service, select option TWO.

By the way: it seems like this issue is related to anniversary dates for subscriptions somehow (my previous 3-month subscription expired a month ago today; I bought a new one on the 25th of January). Anyway, it appears that my subscription had shut itself off for whatever reason. The guy on the phone was able to fix the problem while I waited, and I'm back up and running.

Yeah, just called in. Option 2 is what you want. Waited on hold for about 8 minutes then once I was able to talk to someone he fixed it in less than a minute. Its annoying but an easy fix. I also asked the guy if I would have to do this every month, he said it should be straightened out now. We shall see.

Same problem here....everything was working fine for me up until this morning when I tried to get to the compendium.

Seems to be a general problem which affects a lot of people.

If you are having difficulties accessing your DDI subscription materials, please write us over at http://www.wizards.com/customerservice , and we'll get things fixed up for you.

Please make sure to include the exact nature of the error (ie, downloads not working, prompting you to subscribe even with an active subscription, etc) - this will help us solve your problem in the shortest amount of time.

Hi,
To e-mail Wizards of the Coast, you need to go to the Customer Service site. Log into that site using your forums log in information. Click on the "Email Us" tab, and that will connect you to a form for sending emails to Wizards.

For D&D Insider issues, under "Select a Topic", please choose "Role-playing Games" then "D&D Insider" then "D&D Insider Account" then "Report a Bug"

Describe your problem as accurately as possible, and Customer Service will get back to you as soon as possible.

I hope this helps!
