Can't select lvl 2 utility for lvl 6 utility power?

May 30, 2011 20:59:11 Is this a bug or is this a change in the rules since the old CB support ended? Bless Weapon is more useful to me than any of the 6th level utilities, but I cannot choose a lower level power in the new CB?

Try clicking the "Show More Options" check box.
