Can't start character builder anymore

Anyyone else ever had this problem? I tried importing a character with a bunch of houseruled feats. The character loaded fine the first couple of times but now I just can't load the builder at all. Tried clearing cache.

Nor can you fix it if it's borked.

Clarification: I don't really care why it broke, I'd just like to access the piece of software that I'm paying for. How do I go about doing this?

Delete the character from the load screen and build it as best that you can from scratch.

Can't access load screen. Character builder dies on start, gives message above (as stated in first post).

Mar 28, 2011 0:11:45 		Make sure you clear your cache and cookies and try again.

Would also check to make sure your Silverlight is up to date.

Also telling people what OS and Browser your using might help. As would saying when in the process of loading that this error comes up
