Can't Take Battle Awareness!

In this case, yes, but I'm sure I've had the same problem when playing around with builds before.

Dec 20, 2011 18:05:53 I just made a human Ranger|Rogue in the character builder. With Str 19 and Wis 13 I was able to select battle awareness. Perhapse try and make a new character?
