Can't use the Character Builder

Aug 30, 2011 1:11:55		I've subscribed to the site and have not seen any notes on "comming soon" or this feature being in development.

I've tried to use this with Google Chrome and IE and it always tells me to go and subscribe.

I can launch the Compendium and the online magazines but not the Character Builder OR the Adventure Tools. Any help please?
