If you are going to charge for services because you want to be professional you have to likewise give professional service. You make mistakes, give broken links, etc and don't give your paying customers anything to sooth over feelings. I can't believe you can still be in business with an attitude like this. I will have to do something with my credit card about disputing the purchase I made. This isn't what I gave my money for. |

The best way to get help with it is to go to Customer Service and click on the Email Us tab. You'll need to log in using your forums log in information. From there, for topic please choose "Online Games", then "D&D Insider", then "Subscription" Someone from Customer Service will reply to you as soon as possible. Again, sorry you're subscription isn't working as expected. |
