Can you make items?

Apr 15, 2013 20:20:30		Is there anyway of making items in the character builder? The DM i have on roll20 gives us different items for cutting up different monsters and then we can combine them to make new weapons or upgrade existing ones. Is there any way to make a customized item that actually shows us stats and what not?
