| #1psychopezNov 16, 2010 22:25:38 | So, using the debug tab on vecna.wizards.com, I exported the xml of a Dark Sun character created in the web CB. Saving that as a .dnd4e file, I opened it up in the classic offline CB. In the background tab, I see this: i1115.photobucket.com/albums/k541/psycho... The Dark Sun Theme was an option in the classic CB. There was a lot of hubbub after the final update for the classic offline CB that had the human power selection field, a set up for essentials. So can the devs share what other hidden gems were put into the classic offline CB that never got to see the light of day? |

| #4MockNov 16, 2010 22:33:28 | Wait, how'd you get that? Launch the builder from vecna.wizards.com. Build a character, and then look at the debug tab; you'll be able to get the XML code for a character from there. |

| #6ritorixNov 16, 2010 22:59:38 | Ah thanks for that. Figured out how to turn on Inherent Bonuses. Create in new builder. Export to old builder, check Inherent Bonus, save dnd4e. Import to new builder, now has inherent bonuses. The import process actually works that way. |

EDIT AGAIN: Here is how to get a pyromancer (or any other mage with at-wills from outside of HotFL): 1) Create a Mage using vecna.wizards.com, save character file in notepad as .dnd4e 2) Create a Wizard using vecna.wizards.com, give that Wizard the at-wills you wanted 3) Go to the debug tab and view the xml for that Wizard, copy-paste its at-wills over the Mage's at-wills in the .dnd4e file 4) Upload .dnd4e file - It will show as houseruled, but it will work. 5) Profit |
