Can´t launch CB

Oct 27, 2011 4:08:36		I can´t launch the character builder, I´ve tried in windows XP in my main PC and in a laptop with windows vista.
In the page says: Requires the Microsoft Silverlight plug-in. But I´ve already installed it. I´ve tried to uninstall and reinstall, delete the cookies, and it doesn´t works.
Three weeks ago, I could launch it properly, but not now. What can I do?

Oct 28, 2011 5:17:31 		It still doesn´t work. I´ve deleted the cache and the cookies 5 times, installed and reinstalled the sinverligth, but it insists that I must install it when I already have it installed. Dammn it!
