#1 standardowl Nov 05, 2010 13:36:54	Hi, I bought an insider membership to download the character builder with no intention of subscribing longer than 1 month. I've tried twice now to cancel my subscription, and both times there's been some sort of server error on the specific page. I tried first about a week or two ago, and again today. How do I cancel my subscription? I can't find an easy way to do it at all, and I'd like to avoid a phone call.
