#1 zombiekat013 Dec 01, 2008 11:48:39	I have downloaded the net3.5 and tried to download the CB, but it just opens up a window and acts like it is downloading, but nothing happens. I click on the link that says if it does not start downloading click here, but nothing happens. It seems like it is in some sort of a loop, it doesn't do anything at all and I have left it on for 2 hours. My computer is up to date on all updates and I have over the system requirements. I don't understand why it won't download. I purchased the membership also, so I get the link that lets you download it, it just won't!! Help from anyone would be helpful. Thanks.
#2 orc_tuhteth Dec 01, 2008 14:03:00	It sounds like you've checked all the most likely causes, so I would recommend that you contact customer service by clicking the "Email Us" tab on this page. (This will trigger a pop-up, so make sure your browser will accept pop-ups from *.wizards.com and *.gleemax.com.) Make sure you provide as much information as possible (operating system, etc.) so they can investigate the issue. With any luck, it's something they've already found a fix for; if not, at least they'll know to start looking.
#3 malen Dec 08, 2008 16:48:05	I've also been experiencing the download page just timing out. It's looking for a file called http://www.wizards.com/download.asp?filename=700_DDI_CB-Beta.exe That's a different filename to the first time I downloaded the builder. I heard news of an update so thought I'd get the latest version. The file never downloads however. Vista, FF3, Australia
