I just got around to downloading and attempting to install the Character Builder.
Upon extraction and running of the MSI I get an error about halfway through saying: Error 1317. Cannot create folder E:\My Documents\My Pictures.
I can be very very certain that the folder is there and definitely does not need creating. I found a post on here that had the same issue. The guy edited the MSI using Orca to change the directory of where the Character Portraits get installed to. I did the exact same thing (as far as i'm aware) but I still get the issue.
Any help would be great.
