Cannot log in

Nov 26, 2008 5:23:31		Today I logged into DDI, but it seems I'm still considered not logged in: I cannot see articles nor download magazine issues, and the scroll on the right side of the home has "Help shape the game! Subscribe now!" on it, even if the box tells me I'm logged in.

  • Close all of your browser windows;
  • Restart your browser;
  • Clear the cache in your browser;
  • Log-in to DDI.


If that doesn't work, you should try contacting Customer Service:

The best way to contact CS if you have a problem is to use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page. If you have never submitted a ticket before, you may have to register again.

If it is a PM problem (in that someone sent you an offensive PM), you can attach a screenshot (.jpg format) of the PM to the ticket.
