Cannot log into Character Builder for update

Jan 27, 2009 18:06:42 I subscribed. Got Character Builder. It wants username and password.

None of my logins to this site seem to work.

Where do I set my username and password for DDI?

PW is the PW you use for DDI.

Well... that's not working.

You may be having the same unable to verify files error that many of us were getting. To fix, completely uninstall, then go delete the Wizards of the Coast program folder. (EDIT: I emptied my trash/recycle bin for good measure.) Reboot your computer. Then do a fresh install. If it tells you then that you've exceeded your update quota, or words to that effect, write customer service for technical support.

Another possible problem:

If you just subscribed, you need to fully log-out, close all browser windows, restart your browser and then log back in to DDI for your subscription to take effect.
