| #1blindeyeMar 10, 2009 10:56:26 | So, I decided to subscribe to D&D Insider for a month, just to try it. I currently have an active subscriptions, but it seems that the website won't allow me to read articles unless I'm at home. There are two places I surf at: At home, and at work (during breaks). Why can I do it from home, but not at work? I don't understand. Also, there have been times at home where it forgets that I have an active subscription. Why does this keep happening? I feel your webmasters should be aware of this problem. |
| #2WolfStar76Mar 10, 2009 11:30:02 | The typical fix for this is to flush your cache and cookies, close all instances of your browser, and then try again. If that doesn't work, please contact Customer Service (http://www.wizards.com/customerservice). |

| #4ShootingstarMay 13, 2009 8:55:20 | Yes - this is real boring!! I posted the problem that I can't access the customerhelp (at the Trouble... thread) on April 28 and reply to the email they send me but from there on nothing happen.... I can't access the customerhelp till now. And my problem with WPN isn't solved, too (with this I'm in touch with hasbro.de, too) And since yesterday I can't read DnDI Articles, too. There will only by the message that I have to subscribe (Subscribe Now to Get this Article and Over 120 Pages of Dungeon and Dragon Content Every Month) But I'm a subscriber since last year October. Clearing cookies, temp internet files and so on didn't work at all. I try on 3 diverent systems with 2 diverent computers and 4 diverent browser but it don't function! Yesterday I post the old and the new problem on the "trouble.. threat"... now will wait and see... |

I apologize for the issue you're having with DDI access - this looks like it was a result of something that happened while we were getting your help access sorted out. We are in the process of correcting this for you, and you should have access again shortly. |
| #6ShootingstarMay 13, 2009 13:29:07 | I'm sorry to tell you that the customerhelp did not work for me! I'll reply to the earlyer email. |
| #7ShootingstarMay 13, 2009 14:24:03 | This seems to be an neverending error.... I try to reply to the earlier email but I always recieve the answer "The email address you recently contacted us from was different from the original email address associated with this incident. In order to maintain the security of your personal information, we did not update the incident from that new email address. If you would like your question answered, please either: 1)Resend your email from the correct address or 2)Update your email address on the "My Stuff" section of our Help Site, then resubmit your question." This is impossible! Since I use the reply button the email address is the same! And it is also the same as in my Profile! As I have to reply to the email, please send my another one - hopefully the new one will work! |
