Cannot select weapon for Stab & Shoot

When I bring up the customize option box on the Stab and Shoot power card (Sharpshooter level 11 encounter power), there is no option to select a weapon for the power.

Jan 18, 2010 10:23:07 		Do you have a bow or crossbow equipped?  (Actually equipped, not just in your inventory.)

It looks like the power cards are very particular about the requirements for a power (I found this out with a Whirling Barbarian).
