Cannot sign up for DnDi

I am planning to play a new game of 4E with freinds and we wanted the builder to make character creation easy.  I found the link to the classic website, but it won't let me sign in and it won't let me buy a sub for DnDi.  I can get here:

But if I click on any of the prices, it takes me to the "shopping cart" but won't let me advance anywhere else.  

 

I'm signed in here, and it says I'm signed on if I go to manage my account, but that classic site won't let me sign in, which may be the issue.

 

Wizards, I want to give you my money, please help me do it.

Try going directly to www.dndinsider.com and see what happens.  I am still able to access the tools.
