cannot update builder

Jul 12, 2009 23:50:25		everytime I go to update the character builder I get a message saying that it stopped working. I want the full version. I think I have tried everything listed here in the forums.

Jul 17, 2009 7:37:02 		Does your computer account of Administrative Privileges? If it doesn't you won't be able to download certain things (Like character builder updates)
