Most of them have a few articles that can be downloaded, but the button to download the whole issue is missing. Is there some reason that these specific issues can't be downloaded? I only wonder because I have issues before and after that download just fine.
#2 Xaspian Jan 20, 2014 2:40:36	There was a perioid of time that it was decided that, as data suggested individual articles get downloaded more often than collected issues, only the individual articles would be provided for download. After a while this decision was reversed, and it was decided to provide only the complete issues for download, and not have the option to download individual articles.
