Cant get Charecter Builder to add you History bonus any help

when you build a charecter you can choice to add a world you play in  and then i choice Forgotten realms . and then i deside on Gray Vale and for that you should get  a secon langauge and get nature to you skill as bonus + gain 2 bonus  to nature checks


and then i made a ranger  race Eladrin  and should get bonus for that also a skill more for the race


but some how the Charecterbuilder dont add that til you charecter and you cant do it manual or if you can i just cant find out how .


i hope some will help me on our little problem

CB usually does both of these perfectly well, check the character sheet to see if there is anything in the bonus column, if not, just check that you chose the background correctly.
