#6 pauln6 Nov 25, 2009 9:06:52	You can probably blag it within the character builder - I think there is a gnome feat that lets you obtain some cantrips as encounter powers.  If you select the option to view illegal elements you can select this feat as a bonus extra and those cantrips will show up on your sheet.  Not full access to the cantrips but possibly equivalent to an at-will attack power once per encounter.
#7 Kaviyd3 Dec 01, 2009 15:40:53	You could also equip your character with Hedge Wizard's gloves -- that gives you at-will access to 2 of the 4 cantrips.
