#1 ethernaught Aug 21, 2010 8:30:55	While i like CB i am frustrated that i cant alter the backgrounds section, ether in the program or sheet. I like to write a background and would like to see it in the backgrounds section not mannerisms or personality. Is there anyway to do this?

Is there anyway to do this? The Character Builder does not support any custom content having a mechanical effect. You can rename existing equipment items that your character possesses, and I think custom items can have weight, and that's about it. There are also a few fields you can directly change on the character sheet. But not many, and not the ones I want to change. And I don't know if those changes get saved - or if so, how that would interact with changes to the data that drives the normal value of the field. So put your custom background into any field you like on the Manage/Information tab, or make it a Journal entry, and you've done the maximum with it that the Character Builder supports. (Make sure you turn on the appropriate section on the character sheet.)
