I can find the link to the demo version but cannot find a link to the full version as a subscriber. Can someone direct me to it or advise if I'm on the wrong track?

1 - I dont show you listed as a DDI subscriber so its not available to you.

2 - If you become a DDI subscriber when you launch the demo there will be a button on the splash screen that says there is an update available.

Apr 29, 2010 10:56:40 I did renew my subscription. I have a reciept and everything. I can view download all the subscriber only material.
How does CB know I'm a subscriber? Do I have to specify anything to it (email etc) or log in somewhere?

Apr 29, 2010 15:54:02 When you 1st made this post you didnt have the DDI Dragon under your name. You do now. Have you tried opening the CB today and seeing if the updates available button is there?

Once you download the demo, you should have the option to update that. That update will give you the full version of the program as long as everything is in order with your account.

Thanks for the comments so far. I had CB installed for some time before and it broke. Sadly I didn't use the repair facility before I uninstalled and now I can't get it started again.

Apr 30, 2010 8:49:15 CB stopped working for me as well. I saved my character info to a back up file and uninstalled CB and re-downloaded it. CB now opens properly and I'm currently downloading the updates. Before this, I was having issues downloading the update.

Arjaes, I've always put my name in the "Name" field and just left the field "Organization" blank. It hasn't affected anything in the past.

You do need to put in your email address and password that you used for your DDI account. It is probably the same as for your forum account.
