#1 crash55 Dec 25, 2010 20:15:39	So I was using the online character builder yesterday and suddenly started having problems.  First I had one character that locked up the builder and now every time I try to open that character the CB freezes. Then CB started removing names.  I would open a character and the name would vanish.  Sometimes the portrait would change and the XP would vanish as well.  Sometimes I could fix these things and save it.  Most times though as soon as I hit save the name would vanish again. Sometimes the name would vanish as soon as I clicked on a new field. This has pretty much made the CB useless. I tried contacting Wizards help but there only response was to tell me to clear my browsing data and make sure everything was up to date.  I did that and same behavior. I even tried another PC that had never connected to Wizards before in anyway and it showed the same behavior.
#2 RedSiegfried Dec 27, 2010 14:59:05	Yeah, it's happened to me too, many times.  The name of the character gets saved on the screen where you load the character, but it disappears from their details.  It doesn't happen every time, and it hasn't happened the last few times I used it, but it is annoying.  Thankfully for me it did not affect saving the character in any way and did not in any way make the CB useless.
