#1 farmer42_dup Dec 15, 2008 18:23:19	As the title say, I have manually installed .Net Sp1 on my machine, but the CB still tries to install it and hangs on me. I'm running Vista Ultimate 32-bit. EDIT: OK, so system specs. A fresh install (As in one day old) of Vista Ultimate 32-bit with SP1 installed. I've done all my windows updates, and manually installed .Net 3.5 SP1.
#2 mudbunny Dec 16, 2008 13:17:02	Silly question (and then my work is done, as I don't have Vista) Have you restarted your computera couple of times since installing .NET 3.5 SP1 to make sure that there are no hanging installations left behind?? Also, have you chacked the thread here to see if there is anything that could help?

Also, have you chacked the thread here to see if there is anything that could help? Yeah, I had tried that. I got it workign though. I had to uninstall prety much every plug-in and language support in Vista, install .Net, then run windows updates. Two restarts later to be sure, CB installed fine.
