CB problems - Power's Tab not working

Oct 23, 2011 6:46:35 There seems to be a problem with the powers tab in the CB, all I get is this:

Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem with CB?

Oct 23, 2011 9:38:41 I would recommend using another web browser besides IE. But if you have to use IE then check compatibility mode. Also I dont know if this is still a problem but at one point if your OS was not set to English - US it would not display the powers tabs either.

Ive used the builder from my dekstop (English US) and from my work laptop (Spanish-Ecuador) and they both used to work.
Maybe a locale problem with the recent update?
Could you help me find a link with the discussion of this old English-US problem?

Oct 23, 2011 12:05:20 I figured it out.

The problem is not exactly the locale the machine is set to, but the format used for Date, Time, and Decimal Point in the System.

Eventhough my locale was set to English-US I was using the date, time and decimal point format for my country. I changed it to English-US and it working.

A side note and /rant:

This is an incredibly stupid programming problem which every CS student (out of the US that is) faces whenever they have to deal with time, dates and currencies.
It is, quite frankly, insulting, that any professionally produced application would suffer from this.
