CB unknown error (macbook)

Jun 03, 2011 23:33:40		I haven't run into this problem on a desktop pc, only occasionally on my macbook. After the builder loads to 100% and the hourglass spins, it brings up an "unknown error" with this error message:

"System.ServiceModel.FaultException: The creator of this fault did not specify a Reason.   at System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel.HandleReply(ProxyOperationRuntime operation, ProxyRpc& rpc)   at System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel.EndCall(String action, Object[] outs, IAsyncResult result)   at System.ServiceModel.ClientBase`1.ChannelBase`1.EndInvoke(String methodName, Object[] args, IAsyncResult result)   at WotC.ContentManagement.ContentVaultService.ContentVaultServiceClient.ContentVaultServiceClientChannel.EndGetOfficialContent(IAsyncResult result)   at WotC.ContentManagement.ContentVaultService.ContentVaultServiceClient.WotC.ContentManagement.ContentVaultService.IContentVaultService.EndGetOfficialContent(IAsyncResult result)   at WotC.XAMLUtilities.GeneralHelpers.<>c__DisplayClass14`2.b__13(IAsyncResult ar)   at WotC.XAMLUtilities.GeneralHelpers.<>c__DisplayClassd`1.<>c__DisplayClassf.b__b()"

This happens when multiple users with the same login try to access CB at the same time.
