CB window launches but is blank

I'm trying to use the new online CB, but whenever I click "Launch" a new window pops up, proceeds to load, but remains blank. I have tried:

1. 4 different browsers on 2 machines (Chrome, Firefox, IE8/9)
2. Clearing cookies/cache and restarting said browsers
3. Uninstalling/reinstalling Silverlight

I called phone support and they were stumped. Had me send in a screenshot as well as a dxdiag output.

If anybody has any ideas of other things to try I'd much appreciate it.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I was able to use the CB once right after it launched. Haven't tried again since until today when it will no longer launch.
