CB won't start up

After installing today's update for the CB, it started up normally and brought me to the character generation screen. I closed the CB for a while and then when I tried to start it up, a little Norton box saying "SONAR detected security risk tempcharacterbuilderupdater.exe" came up and immediately stopped it. When I clicked for details, it said very few users in the Norton Community use this program and that it was high risk. Then I tried unistalling the CB and bringing it back. I got it to work once and then it started doing the same thing all over again.

So tell me, does anyone know how I can fix this or what is wrong with it? It's never done this before with the CB, it started only after the update today.

Edit: I uninstalled it a second time and did not update it. It worked fine. As of this edit, I am updating it. If it doesn't work afterwards, it's something with the update. Will post results.

Edit 2: Alright, I did not start the CB straight up after the update. I instead closed it and then attempted to start it up. I got the Norton alert. It has to be something wrong with the update. If someone from WotC or someone who can help me.

Exact same issue here, except un/reinstalling didn't help...

Assistance would be much appreciated.

It seems to be a CB bug that's specific to Norton users.  I use AVG and have had no problem.  This is just an observation.  Character Builder must be writing some code upon shutdown that's similar to the SONAR virus so that the next time it's started Norton will pick it up.
