Jul 25, 2010 20:54:34 I've got a character that I've taken the Vampiric Heritage feat on. At level 10, any character with the Vampiric Heritage can take a level 10 utility called "Mist Form," that replaces your level 10 utility. Problem is...I'm unable to find it. It doesn't show up in my list of possible power choices, should I be looking somewhere else or is this a bug?

Jul 25, 2010 21:11:18 Mist form is actually a feat that will allow you to swap the power with a 10th level utility. I just checked compendium, so take the feat Mist form at 10th level then you should be able to swap your power.

Edit, to be specific once you have the feat, you have to retrain your 10th level utility and swap it with the new mist form utility.
