#1 kilpatds Jan 04, 2010 15:57:04	The note I get on my powers for the unity avenger doesn't seem to be scaling. The class feature says (C&P from Compendium) You gain a +1 bonus to damage rolls against your oath of enmity target for each ally adjacent to that target. The bonus increases to +2 at 11th level and +3 at 21st level. But the note at the bottom of the power always says +1, even when the avenger is 11th or 30th level.

Can verify this; censure of unity is always adding +1 regardless of tier.
