#1 evilaustintom Feb 02, 2010 20:25:51	The Champion of Io's 21st level ability... Breath Mastery: "...Each time you use your dragon breath, you can choose for it to deal acid, cold, fire, lightning, or poison damage..." This should 'unlock' the other 'energy-type' breath-related feats from the new Dragonborn Race book, since the requirements for many of the feats are that the dragonborn be able to breathe energy of a certain type.  In the Character Builder, the epic destiny does not give access to those other feats.
#2 evilaustintom Feb 02, 2010 21:43:12	It should also be noted that taking the feat Adaptable Breath should open up some of the 'energy-type' breath-related feats as well (depending on which energy type is chosen).  Currently, the builder doesn't allow for that.
