Change in Arcane Implement Proficiency

Jun 04, 2009 8:49:11		In the June release of the Character Builder, the behaviour of Arcane Implement Proficiency has changed. It now allows you to select any arcane implement, regardless of your class.

For example, if you create a new wizard and select the Arcane Implement Proficiency feat, rods, staffs, wands and tomes appear in the list of available implements.

Is this a bug? Or is this intentional?
