| #1cheshire42Jan 27, 2009 13:37:09 | Hi everyone. I tried to search the forum here for info on the topic, but got taken to a charming blank white page. So, at the risk of getting flamed for asking old questions, here I go: Note: I'm using the full version of the Character Builder program. 1) Is there a folder somewhere that has a bunch of sample character portraits? When I click the shiny 'Choose Portrait' button, I'm taken to My Documents. 2) If I want to use my own art for the portrait, what are the size/dimension limits? If any? Thanks in advance. c42 |

I've been trying everything, pngs, bmps, jpgs in all resolutions and print sizes. Sometimes the character sheet automatically reduces the size so I have to put in a huge picture to make it look right. Sometimes the character sheet increases size so I have to add a really small image (this looks really bad though). The mousescroll zoom doesn't work very well at all seems to jump between two steps that are an eternity apart, and sometimes I can pane in the image and sometimes I can not. All in all... portraits are really unreliable for me and I have to work in paintshop for hours to even get the portrait to fit in the box. Then if I'm lucky it looks good... if not I'll end up with a 76*70 pixel image that looks horrible. |
