#3 vinciente Mar 05, 2012 6:03:11	There is a problem in the system, I was told to let it expire (which requires stopping the auto billing) and then to start a whole new (use the same email or you lose any saved data in the character builder) subscription with the new card. This is a work around to the issue as told to me by customer support. I personally am not sure that there will be a new subscription started, as they haven't been updating content anywhere close to being worth the cost; not to mention the loss of access to anything that you don't save/print separately anyway. Why pay them only to have to spend more of your own time & money to ensure you don't lose what you have already been investing time & money into?
