Changing my screenname from Guest1249696189...

I can't seem to find a way to change my screenname from Guest1249696189

I've found the "Full Name (for display)" field under Edit Profile, but that didn't work.

Apr 02, 2010 12:03:31 You'll need to contact Customer Service to change your screen name.

Click the link to email a request; you'll get a response asking you to confirm a few details to establish that you own the account you want to change and asking for a few possible screen names (in case your first choice is not available).
