chaos shard implements not setup properly?

Mar 15, 2010 12:27:59		According to the Dungeon 173, a Chaos Shard Implement is 

Implement (Rod, Staff, or Wand) 

However, in Character Builder, the only option is an off-hand implement. Our group's sorcerer just acquired this item and took the Implement Expertise (staff) feat but this power cards reflect that the attack bonus is showing either a +1 for the staff expertise or the +1 for the magic implement but not the +2 for his magic staff implement.

I think records need to be created for Rod, Staff, and Wand versions of this implement instead of just making it an Off-hand item.
