I just got D&DI a few weeks ago and i heard that the CB is bugged so they took it off of the server, which means i can't undate my CB. So when i start the CB it will only let me make a toon to 3 lvl. is there a way around this so i can lvl higher than 3 lvl.

This is one of the main reasons why i subscibed to insider so im feeling kinda mad that i spent money on something i can't use. Had to vent a little, thanks everyone for the help.
