#1 mikenekopi Aug 04, 2010 22:37:56	As of the update on Aug 3 I am unable to update the Chara Builder.  I keep getting a message that the update limit has been reached.  This is highly unlikely since I haven't updated yet this month.  Any thoughts or ideas whats going on?
#2 Astromath Aug 05, 2010 7:31:44	Question: have you given your account info to a friend so they can download/update CB?  If so, ask them if they've given it to other friends.  If this is the case, you probably will have to wait for the Sept. update.  If this is NOT the case, it is a Wizards problem and they should fix it.

#4 mikenekopi Aug 05, 2010 16:08:32	Well the first time I was trying to update it kept giving me messages that Server Maintenance was going on.  I kept trying about every hour.  So all 5 of my updates were gone within an hour?  Doesn't seem right but i'll change the password anyway.

Well in that case i would e-mail or call them.  Quite possibly it was regerstering each attempt as an update.  I doupt their going to fix it on the forums.
