| #1tsariasMay 03, 2009 23:54:40 | it appears that my character background got moved from its previous location in the "information tab" to the journal pages section. this would be all find and good if i could get any changes i make in that particular journal section to properly show in the character sheet. no matter what changes i make to the journal page entry, what displays in my character sheet remains the same. furthermore, should i make the unfortunate mistake of deleting the panel and tring to re-add it, there is NO OPTION for this in the character sheet interface. in fact, there is no option for any of the character information panels (personality traits, session notes, mannerisms, etc) to be added or removed, so if you right click and delete them, and then accidentally save your character, your are hosed. hope you dont mind rebuildiung it from scratch. the character sheet interface seems to be intended to provide a certian amount of customization for users, but it is so random and clunky and in places completely broken than i dread having to try and deal with it other than to print. |

Since we removed that, we transferred everyones backgrounds into a new journal entry. Going forward, people can write their backgrounds as a journal entry and name it background or something similar if they want. To display journal entries on your character sheet you need to go to the menu at the top of the character sheet and turn on Options- Show Journal Pages. If you deleted your journal entries section go to: Layout - Reset to default portrait layout. Sorry about the bug that makes it difficult to show the backgrounds box after you delete it. It is on our bug list to fix. If you have any more questions please let me know. |
