Character Builder and Adventure Tools Glitches

I've been having issues with the Character Builder and the Adventure Tools as of late.  After a few minutes of activity, it becomes difficult to click on things.  Buttons shift upward but only show half of it.  I haven't found a thread about this issue, but I find it hard to believe that I'm the only one having this problem, so my apologies if this is redundant.  Is it only me or is it an issue with the site since the revamp?  Is it Silverlight?  I'd appreciate it if someone could help.

I haven't noticed any changes recently. Have you tried an alternate browser? I've noticed that things behave differently for me whenever I use different browsers. Firefox, for instance, will not show custom portraits on the character builder without a lot of effort, but Internet Explorer and Google Chrome seem to have no problem with it.
