Has anyone determined whether arcane power will be with the update on the character builder?

The CB is updated on the fourth Tuesday of each month; the 13th (when AP will be released, IIRC) is not the fourth tuesday. So, yeah, it should be. Of course, I may be wrong about the date, but as long as it shows up before the 4th tuesday, it'll be there.

4th Tuesday is the 28th.

So it's probable it will be included.

All products except Dragon and Dungeon released in the month are suported by the end of month Character Builder and Compendium updates. Dragon and Dungeon appear in the update the month after they were released.

So yes Arcane Power will be in this month's update.

Those books are included in the CB update on the 4th tuesday of the month.

The Dragon and Dungeon that were compiled on the 1st of the month are also included.
