Is there any way to add custom elements to CB, i.e. home brew class's and weapons / feats etc. If you have any links i could check out on this topic i would be happy yo take a look.

Actually, you can do quite a lot of customization, but it will not do any calculations for you.

You can create new items, new feast and new powers and modify existing equipment.  You cannot do this is the way most people want, but you can at least make power cards show up (though, again, not in the way most folks would want).
