| #2WolfStar76Mar 22, 2009 8:59:37 | .NET is failing to install whether I use the Microsoft version or the DDI one. This has been known to happen from time to time. Uninstall (via the Windows Control Panel) all versions of .NET currently installed. Reboot. Re-install .NET 3.5 SP1 (I'd recommend from Microsoft - or from smallestdotnet.com [Requires Internet Explorer] ). Reboot once more (just for kicks) then you should be all set to install the CB. ![]() If that doesn't get you up and running, contact Customer Service (http://www.wizards.com/customerservice). |

| #4orc_kirinMar 23, 2009 11:16:59 | It won't download from their site! The site might be reading your cookies and determining that you have the update already. If your clear your cache and cookies, or return to the site using a different browser, that could clear up the issue (I have used this strategy myself to get .net and directx updates). |
