I would probably be a D&D Insider if the character builder worked for Apple computers..  Is this coming down the road, or are we just left out here?

I know macs are a relatively small portion of the total market, but they are much larger in Wizard's target demographic than the overall numbers would indicate.  Apple has a suprisingly high % of laptop sales and of adolescent/college age people. (Windows computers take up a larger portion of the business/work marketplace then their overall numbers would suggest).

I guess I am just hoping that someone will say it's not ready but is in the works.

The most official thing you'll get is along the lines of "We want to do it..."

I'm a DDI subscriber, but I use a mac at home and work. I'd love the apps to be available on mac. As is, I use character builder on an old desktop pc at home, but I'd rather use it on my mac laptop.

I think there would be a lot of support for a mac program. Many D&D players own mac laptops or are in the creative fields that use macs. I have a few friends who would subscribe to DDI if character builder was available to them.

I too would like to see a Mac version of character builder. Why wouldn't Wizards want to extend this software for another major computer platform - one that is widely available on university campuses.

I'll also vote for a Mac version. There are several of us in the role-playing group on campus that have them and would love to have the CB for the Mac.
