Character Builder giving humans extra at will power?

Jan 22, 2012 14:50:58 		When you select your Race, the tab will open up and show the description of a human, then beneath that there will be a box labelled 'Heroic Effort (Encounter)'.  Click on the second box, click 'Deselect'.  Select 'Bonus At-Will Power' in the ensuing pop-up.

Jan 28, 2012 15:55:37 		Helf-Elves can gain an at-will from another class.  Humans can gain an at-will from the same class.  If you prefer Heroic Effort, deselect the at-will.
