#1 Metori Mar 24, 2009 17:14:10	I have 32 bit Vista on this computer. I have .Net 3.5 SP1 installed. When I run ddisetup.exe, it tries to connect to Microsoft to download .Net again, but it won't connect for some reason. So then I skip that and continue the install, and it finishes. The when I try to start the CB it immediately tells me the CB has stopped working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both components multiple times. I really want to get my money's worth out of my subscription. Can anyone help me? It won't let me download the .Net fix through the installer or through MS directly

#3 Metori Mar 24, 2009 17:28:58	It seems that the server or link to the .Net files is broken. I have tried all three of my browsers. I don't know what to do
#4 Metori Mar 24, 2009 17:44:05	It looks like a few other people had the same problem, and it was never resolved for them. And posts over there seem to be few and far between. I was hoping someone in general would be able to help but I guess not.
