Character Builder issue : Cannot access to powers

I have an issue with the Character Builder.
I cannot select/see/change my powers, for all my characters.

Is it a known bug ?

Is anything different about the computer you are having problems with from the others? No message in this thread by anybody has mentioned the operating system used, for example. Is it newer computers that are having this problem?
