I've been playing with making a character on the DDI character builder and it seems like the offhand implement on a wizard character doesn't add damage to the attack.  I have a staff of ruin +3 in one hand and a +3 orb in the other equipped on a character with the feat Dual Implement Wielder.  Am I missing something or is this an issue with the character builder? Is there a place where I can find a list of known issues with the program?
