Character builder issues

I have noticed a few.

For one, it seems that it doesn't add my intelligence modifier to reflex defense.   I have 18 int at level 1(genasi warlord) and  the reflex defense score shows as 12.  Fort and Will seem to be fine.

Additionally, as reported by many other users, it seems that you get random "errors" when doing normal things (e.g. selecting a stat, a feat, etc).  Whats worse, the wording of the error puts blame on the user:  "Something YOU did broke the system" etc... (bold and caps added for emphasis).  Seeing as I can do the exact same before or after without breaking it (then again it might break as well, its random), its kind of sad to put the blame on the user for something that isnt really their fault (quite possibly bad programming) - this is definitely a usability no no.

It also crashed once and on hitting "retry" sent me back to the start screen with any progress on my character lost.

Another thing,  although not exactly an issue per se - since it uses silverlight, it pretty much makes it useless on all iOS devices (namely iPads, although I suppose some people might want to use it on iPhones too...).  While it is no big deal for me (and I actually have no problems with silverlight as I use a laptop for gaming anyway), surely with  the amount of yearly fees people pay you can afford an HTML5 or  a desktop version (I remember you used to have this - if you still do, I apologize  but I was unable to find it anywhere)

What kind of armor is he wearing?  If he's wearing armor he isn't proficient with, that would give him a -2 penalty to Reflex.

And was wondering why Llewyrr Elf did not Have the (Eladrin) after it is that an oversite or was it intended to make the Eladrin in to a new type of elf?   The current DM for my group insists that if I add Llewyrr Elf to my current Eladrin character that it changes the character into an Elf there by making my character a New Character instead of an Eladrin due to the (Eladrin) being absent from the subrace please fix this

Llewyrr Elf has 'Eladrin' as a prerequisite.  If you ceased to be an Eladrin, you would no longer meet the prerequisite, therefore you would cease to be a Llewyrr.  By logic, you must continue to be an Eladrin if you are a Llewyrr.

As is also posted all over these forums, CB/MB are BROKEN IF YOU HAVE INSTALLED SILVERLIGHT 5.  I have seen two possible work arounds/fixes for this posted (I personally have not had the issue, but I have not upgraded to SL5 either).

1)  Uninstall Silverlight 5/reinstall Silverlight 4 (if necessary).
2)  Go to windows updates and select "Custom".  Select all .NET Framework updates and install.  Repeat until there are no updates left.

The first option is pretty much guaranteed to fix the problem.  #2 I've only seen posted by one person, so take it with a grain of salt.
